Privacy Policy

Last updated June 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Astoria Digital LLC collects, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Who we are

Astoria Digital LLC ("Astoria Digital", "we", "us", or "our") is a software studio registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website at digitalastoria.com and the services, tools, and communications we provide (together, the "Services").

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you contact us or submit an enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, work email address, store URL, budget range, and the message you send. If you email or call us, we keep the contents of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us through the website.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, and — where applicable — support marketing. These may include strictly necessary cookies, analytics cookies, and advertising cookies.

Where we run analytics or advertising, third parties such as Google and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) may set cookies or use pixels to help us understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where required, through a consent banner presented on the site.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries and provide the Services; to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website; to analyze usage and measure the effectiveness of our content and marketing; to send you communications you request or that relate to a project; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here: with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, email, analytics, and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.

6. Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may exercise rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — after which we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those properties, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be made prominent on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.

13. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
